Bill Larimer

Bill graduated from Texas A&M School of Law (magna cum laude), where he served on the staff of the Texas A&M Law Review. Bill was inducted into the Order of the Coif for academic excellence, and into the National Order of Barristers for excellence in advocacy. Prior to attending law school, Bill earned a Master of Business Administration (with a concentration in Finance) from Marquette University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bill began his professional life as a United States Air Force officer. He then spent over 10 years working in procurement and supply chain management for a variety of manufacturing and healthcare companies. Throughout that time, Bill routinely drafted, negotiated, implemented, and enforced contracts valued in excess of $25 million. Bill also has over 10 years' experience as a project manager and project management consultant, and helped manage the integration of maintenance and engineering operations during the U.S.'s largest airline merger ever. Prior to joining Harrison Steck, and while attending law school part time, Bill managed the €1.2 billion Global Professional Services Procurement operation for the world's largest provider of dialysis services and equipment.

Since joining Harrison Steck, Bill has represented clients in construction law and litigation matters, including contract disputes, filing and defending mechanic's liens, and various corporate governance issues.
